The advantages of the seal Oli Lock:

  • After the installation the extraction of the parts is only possible by a total destruction of the product. Any kind of action on any part of the seal without visible traces is impossible
  • The installation does not require the usage of special equipment or abilities.
  • The rotation of the insertion is impossible after the latch introduction.
  • The possibility to install the RFID chip.
  • It is possible to apply the 2D Data Matrix code or QR-code.
Technical Specifications
  • Material from which the housing is produced: SAN; while the insert, the latch and the interior plaque are produced of ABS material.
  • Flexible galvanized cable with a diameter of 0.6-0.7 mm. The standard cable length is of 250 mm. At the client's request the seals can be delivered with stainless steel cable or plastic coated steel.
  • Dimensions: 30х33х12 mm.
  • The weight at a standard cable length – 5 gr.
  • Operating temperature range: from -40°С to +50°С
  • In the process of molding the housing, on the housing surface the name of the company-producer “Olimp” is written, also the production year.
Marking
  • Marking a standard model (laser printing): on the front it is possible to apply an inscription in 3 lines of 5,7 and 5 corresponding letter in each row; On the back a number of 7 digits and 2 rows of 5 characters each. Instead of the inscription, it is possible to make the laser marking or the pad printing of the emblem or company logo of the client company.
  • Also the application of the number on the «OLILOCK» seal can be executed in 4 ways:
    1. Applying the number only on the latch;
    2. Applying the number on the latch and the housing;
    3. Applying the number on the latch, housing and on the insert;
  • It is possible to apply the barcode on the housing. When applying the barcode, the transparent housing will be replaced with a white housing.
  • It is possible to apply the 2D Data Matrix code or QR-code.
Packaging
Seals are packed in plastic bags of 100 pieces each, then in carton boxes of 1000 pieces each. Package weight – 5, 65 grams.
Installation rules
  • Insert one end of the cable into the hole of the seal, and turn its insertion to secure the cable. Then pull the other end of the cable through the hole of the object to be sealed and then through the other hole on the housing of the seal.
  • The cable should be pulled by hand through the hole until the loop between the seal and the object to be sealed shrinks up to 4-5 mm.
  • To block it, it is necessary to turn the insert clockwise not less then 3 times.
  • The insert is recommended to be stopped strictly vertically or horizontally.
  • The latch should be inserted into the housing to the end, the prominent part of the insert breaks and this way the installation is considered to be finished.
