Technical specifications
  • Material: Polycarbonate
  • The product consists of a body and a latch, connected by a flexible bridge.
  • If closed, the seal takes the shape of an octahedron of 20.8 mm height. Seal weight (without cable) - 1.8 gr.
  • To install, two types of cable with the diameter of 0.6-0.8 mm is being used: steel wire rope, or composite cable (caprone thread + stainless wire). The standard cable length is of 250 mm, but can be increased on the customer’s demand.
  • The seal operates at temperatures from -40 ° C up to + 60 ° C.
  • To close the seal (manually) apply a closure force not higher than 6 kg.
  • Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacturing.
Marking
The marking is made with a laser machine and consists of a 7-digit number and the customer’s logo.
Packaging
The seals are packed in plastic bags of 1000 pieces each, then in cardboard boxes of 1000-3000 pieces. The reeled cable is also included. Weight of one box without cable: 2,04 kg./1000pcs. and 6,13 kg./3000pcs.
Installation rules
  • Insert the free end of the cable into the holes of the object to be sealed and then both ends into the rectangular holes of the seal housing.
  • Pull the ends of the cable from the opposite side and insert the latch into the seal housing until you hear a specific click.
